Magnificent 2023 set from this renowned British drummer known for his work with Yussef Kamaal, Ruby Rushton, etc. Yussef branches out here into the worlds of spiritual-jazz, jazz-funk and fusion, sounding like a mix between Billy Cobham, Alice Coltrane and sometimes even Stevie Wonder. Epic and totally awesome, it's one of the best albums of that year.
