Various - Connectors: Sydney Post-Punk 1979-1983 LP

Compiled by an active member of that community, Phil Turnbull, member of Voigt 465, Wild West, and Tactics (who all, deservedly, get a run on the set), this is an excellent overview of the small but storied Sydney post punk secne covering the ultra-obscure, like the Tame O'Mearas, Prod, and No-V-Bleet, through to some groups you may have actually heard of, like Pel Mel, Scattered Order, and the Systematics. Nervy sublimations of pop, and semi-tamed, lo-fi electronics rule as this mythical (to me) scene gets one of its best samplers to date!
