Led by singer Fred Cole, of the legendary Dead Moon, the Weeds were a
psychedelic garage band from the 60s whose sound nestled somewhere
between the Seeds and Love. Their name was changed to the Lollipop
Shoppe by their manager, without consent, for their one and only album;
a masterpiece of the era, filled with trippy guitar and driving rhythms,
overlaid with Fred's bitter vocals. This limited Mississippi version features all
their releases as the Lollipop Shoppe and the Weeds in one package.
