Wonderful 2026 set from this English jazz trio - just piano, sax, drums. Mammal Hands mix up spiritual jazz with melancholic minimalism and throw in a kitchen sink's worth of world influences. It sometimes has a meditative quality to it, and at other times it's like a combo of 
Pharoah Sanders, The Necks and Steve Reich recording a session for the ECM label. Whatever it is, it's good!
