Dara Puspita were a simply amazing all-girl rock group from Indonesia,
who were massive in their homeland and toured the world during their
existence (Europe, even Iran and Turkey!). Their records are very hard
to find, so this comp', which puts together their best garage tracks from
the mid/late '60s, is the bomb. Beat-group fuzz rock & roll, Dara Puspita
broke many barriers and played great friggin' music!
