The core duo of cornetist Rob Mazurek and drummer/percussionist Chad Taylor formed The C.U.D back in 1997, playing a unique blend of avant jazz and electronics. This 2024 set adds Mbira, Kalimba, flutes, bells, chanting and RMI Electric Piano to their unique mix.
Out there, hyperactive, yet still very listenable. The good stuff!
