Carla Dal Forno - Come Around LP

Carla's third album is probably our favourite so far. The hazy
edges are still there but pushed further to the edges in favour
of downplayed hooks and rhythms. With sparse instrumentation
and stark melodies overlayed with her understated vocals that
takes centre stage, it lives in a similar space to Young Marble
Giants or Virginia Astley, while fostering its own wonderful
personality.
