Angine De Poitrine - Volume 1 LP

Debut album from these French Canadian microtonal freaks who've
taken the world by storm in this past year or two. And it's not just hype!
These folks can play, and they have some challenging ideas on how to 
write a song, too. To my mind they invoke the spirit of disjointed innovation
of the late 70s RIO scene with an updated punk energy and that microtonal
secret weapon. I highly recommend watching the KEXP gig and marvelling 
at how the duo gets their full sound, it definitely increased
my appreciation.
