Magnificent 2001 album from Jim when he was kneedeep in his singer-
songwriter period. This one features the likes of Jeff Tweedy and avant
sax player Ken Vandermark on board and sees him playing some askew
pop-rock tunes that meld together the worlds of Van Dyke Parks, Scott
Walker and Art Garfunkel. It's kinda 'normal', but also not. But it IS
fantastic - one of my faves of his.
