After "Wildflowers" and all the touring for that album, Tom was approached to do
the soundtrack to the rom-com, "She's the One", in 1995. An anomaly in Petty's
discography, it was a record where Tom gets to indulge his love of music and
have fun with it, with some "Wildflowers" outtakes, quirky instrumental interludes,
surf rock tunes, and some interesting covers (Beck and Lucinda Williams). This
2021 version removes a few track and replaces them with some more
traditional Heartbreakers work, making it a "real" Tom Petty album.
