One of the more obscure hard rock acts of the early '70s,
Detroit's Power of Zeus recorded their debut for Motown's
Rare Earth offshoot in 1970. An enjoyable and inspired
amalgam of screaming rock histrionics, oddball psychedelic
strangeness and some intuitively funky and blisteringly heavy
tracks. Good work!
