Perth's Rupture were one of the high points of Australian hardcore
punk in the '90s. They were a love-'em-or-hate-'em musical
proposition who combined grinding hardcore and low-rent
scuzz-punk with truly obnoxious anti-PC lyrics. Think Nihilistics,
Infest, Antiseen, GG Allin and other standard-bearers of high
society and you're getting close.
