Robert Gorl - Paris Tapes LP

In the late 80s, after his band, Deutsche Amerikanische 
Freundschaft (DAF), had temporarily disbanded, Gorl made his
way to Paris to avoid compulsory military service in Germany. 
While there, he continued to make music, taking the pounding
beats of DAF subduing them slightly to create some absolutely
breath-taking tunes that bridge early techno and EBM, while
foreshadowing the directions that IDM would take in years to come.
