Damon Locks started his musical life in the late '80s with the post-
hardcore outfit Trenchmouth (featuring comedian Fred Armisen!).
Since then he traversed his way through to avant-jazz and his cuurent
ensemble, and this 2021 LP, are absolutely fantastic. Mixing up the
avant-garde with spiritual jazz, funk/soul, hip-hop, spoken word
and much more, it's a seamless mix that works. Recommended!
