Album # 4 for American songstress Weyes Blood, and another huge leap forward. She reminds me a little bit of Julia Holter, though she has the more showy aspects of Kate Bush with a big, lush sound. Throw in some late-'70s Joni and the experiments of Eno in there, and you're getting close. One of the year's best, for sure.
