Die Kreuzen - October File LP

The second LP by this great Milwaukee band, originally released in 1986. Slowing down the hardcore mania of the debut, they reinvented themselves as a kind of arty, metallic post-punk band, mixing in sounds from Killing Joke, Voivod, The Cure and the Birthday Party. Indescribable sounds - suffice to say, DK remain one of the great overlooked bands of Underground Amerika in the 1980s.
