After the Dead Boys split in '79, Stiv hightailed it to LA, hung out with Bomp Records' Greg Shaw and recorded this excellent album for his label, releasing it in 1980. Less punk snarl, more power-pop with a '60s vibe, there's a kinda girl-group sound happening here, and the songs are REALLY great. A hidden gem.
