Oren Ambarchi - Shebang LP

Another wonderful 2022 release from this globe-trotting Australian wunderkind. Featuring the likes of Chris Abrahams (The Necks) and Jim O'Rourke in tow, it's another exercise in hypnotic, longform minimalism, roping in influences from ECM jazz (I can certainly hear some Metheny and Eberhard Weber in there) and various '60s/'70s minimalist. Maximalist listening, always - another stellar Oren release!
